Description: BTTM is seeking a skilled and motivated 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our team. At BTTM, we value teamwork, safety, quality workmanship, and continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance services according to manufacturer and company standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and engine systems.
• Complete safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet all regulatory requirements.
• Complete Emission test as per DriveON standards
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify faults and perform repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
Qualifications
• Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License. Or enrolled as a 310T apprenticeship
• Valid Class G driver's license (DZ or AZ license is considered an asset).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience servicing diesel engines and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
