What you must do to obtain warranty service

Should you require warranty service, return to your original TruckPro member and present your original repair order or copy. The original repair order or a copy will be kept during the warranty process.

Provided that you are at a TruckPro location you will be eligible for the warranty subject to terms and conditions as listed in this brochure. You must use a TruckPro repair facility to have a re-repair completed. It is to your advantage to have the warranty repair done at a TruckPro location using quality TW and/or Traction parts, because the warranty will remain valid for the balance of the one year term from the original date of the repair.

If you are unable to return to a TruckPro location, the following steps must be taken:

Prior to completing any repair work covered by the Nation-wide Limited* Warranty outside the TruckPro network, you must call your original TruckPro member to agree upon the required course of action (choice of the repair facility and type of work to be performed). Failure to complete this step voids the warranty.

Upon agreement, you will then be asked to bring your re-repair invoice and the defective part to your original TruckPro member

IMPORTANT:
You must have your original invoice or a copy in order to process your claim.
