SERVICES INCLUDED
In cooperation with AXA Assistance Canada, the TruckPro Roadside Assistance program gives you access to a free 24-hour telephone service for problems you may encounter on the road.
• If you need to get to one of our TruckPro members, call us and we will direct you to the nearest centre.
• If your vehicle is disabled, let us know and we will send a mobile TruckPro unit to help you.
• In the event that no mobile units are available in your area, we will suggest a towing company to take you to the nearest TruckPro centre.
• If there are no TruckPro centres in a 100-km radius of where you are, we will suggest a towing company to take you to the nearest garage.
YOUR COSTS
You are responsible for the entire cost of all emergency services received as well as repairs, including parts and labour.

YOUR VEHICULE IS DISABLED, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
Make sure that you are visible to other drivers to avoid an accident.
The first thing to do when you have a problem on the road is to warn other drivers of your breakdown by turning on your hazard lights and setting up a warning triangle.
Try to determine the cause of YOUR breakdown.
Give us precise and detailed information about the reason for your breakdown to get the most appropriate emergency service.
Determine the precise location of YOUR vehicle if possible.
Provide a detailed description of the location of your vehicle so that the tow truck can find you quickly. Here is some information that you can give us to ensure efficiency.
• GPS: longitude and latitude.
• In a city: name of the city, address, intersection, closest building or business.
• On the road: highway number, closest city or town, milepost.

To ensure the quality of our services, we need to ask you for the following information:
• your identity
• the location of you vehicle
• the cause of the breakdown and the type of service required
• specifics about your vehicle (registration number, year, make, model)
Once you know the wait time for the mobile unit or tow truck, ensure that you are near your vehicle when it arrives.
After asking for all necessary information, the service representative will contact the closest supplier and inform you of the approximate wait time.
If needed, call the service representative back.
In the event that the required repairs to your vehicle take more than 24 hours, don’t hesitate to call us back for a taxi, car rental or information on local accommodations.
